Terms and Conditions

Service Agreement:

  • By engaging Aman Repairing for LCD TV repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you (the customer) and Aman Repairing.

Service Scope:

  • Aman Repairing offers diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for LCD TVs, including screen repair, power issues, and internal component replacements.

Estimates and Charges:

  • Before proceeding with any repair, Aman Repairing will provide an estimate of the costs involved. Final charges may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. Any changes in cost will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding.

Warranty:

  • All repairs performed by Aman Repairing come with a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of service. This warranty covers only the specific repairs conducted and parts replaced. It does not cover new issues or pre-existing conditions not addressed during the initial repair.

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due upon completion of the repair and must be made before the repaired TV is returned to the customer. Aman Repairing accepts various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all personal data and recordings are backed up before submitting their TV for repair. Aman Repairing is not liable for any data loss during the repair process.

Third-Party Warranties:

  • Repairs conducted by Aman Repairing may void existing manufacturer or third-party warranties. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify and understand the implications for any warranties prior to engaging our services.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Aman Repairing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the repair process, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of use of the equipment.

Repair Outcomes:

  • Not all issues may be fully resolvable due to the nature of electronic repairs. Aman Repairing will inform the customer if a repair cannot restore full functionality and may offer partial refunds or alternative solutions at its discretion.

Parts and Components:

  • High-quality parts are used for all repairs. In cases where original parts are not available, equivalent substitutes will be used. Customers will be informed of any such substitutions in advance.

Pickup and Delivery:

  • Aman Repairing offers pickup and delivery services for an additional fee. The customer is responsible for ensuring the TV is securely packed for transport. Aman Repairing is not liable for any damage incurred during transit if not properly packed by the customer.

Modification of Terms:

  • Aman Repairing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website and at our service center.
