  3. Service charges will be quoted in advance and other extra charges, if any need to incorporate then pre approval secured on repair.

4. Service Charges and Payment

  1. Service charges are as listed on our web site or as provided to you when booking.
  2. We make you aware of any supplementary part charges or additional services before work even begins.
  3. After the job is done, you will be billed instantly. We receive payment by cash, online transfer or any convenient method at your place.

5. Warranty and Liability

  1. We offer a warranty for our services for only a certain time that is communicated when the service performed. That guarantee only applies to the craftsmanship and not parts or components.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  1. Even if customers do cancel, they can do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
  2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a charge.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event, Aman Repairing will be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disagreements or disputes that take place because of our services should be properly sorted out by negotiations. If it continues to go unresolved, the issue will be referred to a binding arbitration by an enforceable arbitrator(s) in India.
